DEL RIO — U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Del Rio Sector recovered a drowning victim, Jan. 7.Late Friday, agents from the Eagle Pass South Station responded to a call for assistance from Texas National Guard soldiers. Agents were informed that two individuals ran into a nearby gravel pit, which was full of water, and one did not resurface.
