EDINBURG — The Board of Trustees for the local school district here voted in a split decision, 4-3, during a special- called meeting last Monday to name Angela Dominguez as the lone finalist for superintendent.Dominguez, who has over 30 years of experience in public education, is currently serving as superintendent for Donna ISD.
