Special to the AdvanceThe City of Edinburg has begun construction on a new 1-million gallon water tower that will help to provide improved water service to residents.The tower, located north of Monte Cristo Road and Closner Boulevard, will provide additional water storage while maintaining and improving water pressure in the area.
