EDINBURG — The City of Edinburg is announcing its largest S.P.A.R.C (Stimulus Program Aimed at Recovery from COVID-19) gift card distribution event for vaccinated residents.On Saturday October 2nd, the City will host local SPARC 3.0 businesses in a pop-up marketplace style showcase event.
