EDINBURG — A jury sentenced an Edinburg man to 80 years in prison for aggravated sexual assault.A jury was selected on June 6 and the trial was held from June 7 to June 10. The jury reached a verdict on June 10 and found Andrew Salazar Ramos, 32, guilty of Counts 1 -4 (1st degree felony) Aggravated Sexual Assault, Count 5 (2nd degree felony) Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury, and Count 6 (1st degree felony) Aggravated Kidnapping.
