On Monday at about 9:30 p.m., Edinburg Police responded to the 3500 block of North M Road in reference to a woman being struck by a vehicle.When officers arrived, they saw the woman lying in the roadway and a 2015 dark gray Ford Edge SUV. Officers then learned that the vehicle was traveling southbound in the 3500 block of M road when the vehicle struck the woman, now identified as 26-year-old Irma Samantha Rosales of Edinburg.The driver of the Ford came to a stop and rendered aid.
