I can teach anyone to drive. That would include a chimpanzee. I cannot, however, teach everyone to fly. It takes little to no brains to drive. We see that everyday on the road. People whose cranial cavity is obviously empty; some are simply brain dead; and yet there they are behind the wheel, texting while going 80 on the expressway, while eating a donut, oblivious to their surroundings.
