EDINBURG – Fourteen more residents of Hidalgo County have tested positive for the COVID-19 strain of coronavirus bringing the total number of cases to 113, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez said Monday. As the virus continues to spread, more people are also being hospitalized, Judge Cortez said.
