Hidalgo County confirms two more cases of monkeypox

Special to the Advance EDINBURG — A second and third case of monkeypox has been confirmed in Hidalgo County, said the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services department.Health officials have begun contract tracing to determine who might have been exposed to each of the patients, who are not being identified.
