EDINBURG - The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency announces the launch of the Hidalgo County Rental Relief Program, which is designed to provide rental assistance to qualifying Hidalgo County residents who have been adversely affected by COVID-19. Authorized through the State of Texas, $26 million dollars is being provided to Hidalgo County for emergency rent support in which funds will be paid directly to the landlord or company of ownership.
