EDINBURG – Hidalgo County has launched a COVID-19 campaign highlighting two local nurses who have lost multiple family members to the coronavirus. The campaign, which hits close to home for many county residents, urges people to prioritize the importance of protecting themselves and their loved ones from spreading the disease by staying safe. “The images of our own health care workers and neighbors present real life portraits of bereavement and despair,” said Hidalgo County Judge Richard F.
