Special to the Advance EDINBURG — The Museum of South Texas History invites families to celebrate and honor mothers during “Mother’s Day at the Museum” from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 14.Visitors can handwrite a letter to their mothers at the letter writing station. Complimentary paper, envelopes and postage stamps will be provided, which means letter writers can snail mail a heartfelt thank you to their mothers anywhere in the country.
