PHARR – Lane closures shift from I-2 to I-69C as utility surveying continues in preparation for the I-2/I-69C Interchange Project. Motorist should expect alternating, single lane closures of the I-69C frontage roads, both northbound and southbound, between Nolana Loop and I-2. The closures will take place Monday, May 11, 2020 through Friday, May 15, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The daily closures are necessary to provide a safe work zone for crews as they work to identify underground utilities along I-69C.
