After the last presidential election, two Wisconsin voters sued their state to prevent the use of drop boxes in the upcoming midterm elections. Their suit eventually made its way up to the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, and a ruling has just come down.The court has ruled that it requires an affirmative vote by the state legislature for the use of voter drop boxes to be allowed, and no such vote ever took place.
