EDINBURG – Juan Manuel Alvarado - who will soon retire - was honored in Commissioners Court for his outstanding work and dedication the citizens of Hidalgo County. The Court unanimously approved a resolution recognizing his 27 years of service. "It's an honor and privilege to be here this morning," said Alvarado.
