McALLEN - Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. (AHSTI) has partnered with the City of McAllen to launch the Mortgage/Rent/ Utility Assistance Program to assist households that have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This program will provide financial assistance for the City of McAllen residents affected by COVID-19 for up to six months.
