McALLEN — McAllen EB-5 Regional Center will announce a unique partnership with Houston EB-5 on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 11 a.m., at Cambria Hotel, Southwest Foyer, 701 South Ware Road, that will expand investment opportunities, while continuing to offer a path for residency for foreign investors.
