McALLEN - Hidalgo County Judge Cortez yesterday issued a new “Emergency Order” that reiterates and, to some extent, expands the restrictions put in place to help us all battle the present coronavirus pandemic. As Mayor, I have directed that the City of McAllen will comply with the Judge Cortez’s order to the extent it expands previous restrictions or, adds new ones.
