MISSION – A 30-year-old Mission man pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual abuse of a child, Hidalgo County Criminal District Attorney Ricardo Rodriguez, Jr. announced Friday. Jose Javier Rodriguez will serve 30 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division for Sex Abuse of Child Continuous Victim under 14 and Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child six years of age.
