PHARR -- People who follow PSJA politics have known for some time that PSJA ISD’s new superintendent, Jorge L. Arredondo, or at least his style of leadership, was going to become an issue this school board race. Why? Well, because the school board vote to hire him in 2019 was split 4-3; and that same vote is basically the same way the two opposing slates are now split this election.
