In a story published last week about some Pharr Public Utility workers and their grievances against the city, along with some comments (rebuttal) from Pharr City Manager Ed Wylie as to how the department has now changed for the better, I made a mistake and wrote the following:“Originally, the letter (from the public utility worker) came via anonymous email. After a few back-and-forths, the email writer gave up a name and a number of someone who, he wrote, works for the utilities department.“He’s willing to talk to you.”Correction: Actually, the person sending the emails never did mention anyone by name.
