Special to the Advance EDINBURG — Two employees of the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 were involved in a fatal incident Tuesday morning in the South Donna area. One individual died and another was hospitalized as a result of the accident.The two men were working along a levee area as part of preparations for hurricane season, said Raul Sesin, the General Manager of the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1.
