PHARR — The City of Pharr has successfully negotiated collective bargaining contracts with both Fire and Police Unions. After a twoyear carryover of existing contracts, the negotiations concluded within a day of each other and resulted in 3-year contracts with each entity, incremental pay increase, and organizational modifications.
