PHARR - The Pharr Economic Development Corporation was recently awarded with the Texas Workforce Commission's High Demand Job Training Grant in partnership with PSJA ISD. Our investment will secure a permanent and self-sustaining training program for PSJA ISD's Career and Technology Education students. Upon graduation, the training will lead students to receive an industry recognized, nationally portable NCCER level 1 and level 2 certifications in core, carpentry, construction technology, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
