PHARR – The Pharr Police Department is asking for the public’s help to dismantle a suspected diesel theft scheme.On Saturday, June 18, 2022, officers responded to a call from a store clerk at the Stripes located at 1901 N. Tesoro in Pharr, in reference to a suspected theft of diesel fuel.
