— February is Responsible Pet Owners Month and Precinct 3 is celebrating by collecting supplies for pets living at Yaqui Animal Rescue in Sullivan City. Donations will be accepted at Precinct 3's administration office now through March 3.“Local animal shelters are in constant need of supplies and rely heavily on donations from the public.
