— Hidalgo County Precinct 4 has completed stormwater improvements to the Hoehn Subdivision which commenced in October 2022 at the cross streets of Ebony St. and Ivory St. in Edinburg, TX.Funding of the projects came at $739,000 with no additional cost to taxpayers.
