Hidalgo County Precinct 4 Commissioner Ellie Torres visited with residents for a street light recognition event to acknowledge and celebrate the installation of street lights placed in their subdivision. La Quietud subdivision, a 95 lot subdivision, was approved by the Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court for the Streetlight Program in late 2021 for a 2022 installation.
