PHARR - Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District teachers and campus administrators are receiving $3.1 million in performance pay, paid in part by the Teacher School Leaders Grant administered by the Texas Center for Educator Excellence ESC 18 (TxCEE) based on results of the 2019-2020 school year.
Over 2,220 PSJA educators will receive this performance pay stipend today, Oct. 30.
