PHARR - The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to decrease the tax rate for the 2020- 2021 school year by 1/2 cent during last night's board meeting, Monday, Sept. 14. “I’m extremely proud of our team for successfully balancing the budget in line with our goals,” said PSJA Superintendent Dr. Jorge L.
