PHARR – Breaking a district record, 541 seniors in Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD were named candidates to receive Associate Degrees from South Texas College during the 2019-2020 school year in numerous fields including Biology, Criminal Justice, and Mathematics, to name a few. Out of the 541 Early College graduates, 96 of them graduated from South Texas College in December 2019, an entire semester before receiving their high school diploma. Eightystudents received industry certifications in fields like Welding and Automotive.
