The Region One Education Service Center (ESC) Office of Adult Education hosted a reception to celebrate the certification of its first cohort of 10 adult learners to receive a National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Electrician Level I Certification.The celebration took place Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 6:00 pm at the Adult Education Office, located at 4305 N.
