WASHINGTON D.C. — Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) co-sponsored and voted for two bills that will strengthen the child care industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Child Care is Essential Act will create a $50 billion Child Care Stabilization Fund within the existing Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) program.
