There is a report published at a state education news site that includes a breakdown of RGV-based IDEA Public Schools that indicates, among other things, that the charter school’s central office administrators have an average salary of $200,249 vs. the state average of $102,300. That’s not all the report indicates: Since IDEA first graduated 25 students in 2007, IDEA’s taxpayer funding has increased from $14.9 million to approximately $440 million per year.
