EDINBURG – U.S. Border Patrol agents working along the Rio Grande seized more than 1,200 pounds of marijuana in two separate incidents. Agents working near Garceno, Texas observed a Ford F-150 traveling away from the Rio Grande at a high rate of speed. As nearby agents responded to investigate, the driver of the F-150 veered off the road and abandoned the pickup after striking a gate.
