McALLEN – The road closure that began on Monday, February 10 and was extended to go through Friday, March 6 has now been extended until Friday, March 13, 2020, for continued public utility line adjustments and storm sewer infrastructure installation, along with associated pavement repairs remain ongoing. Harvey Avenue, east and west bound, between 23rd Street and Bicentennial Boulevard will remain completely closed to through traffic through March 13 for utility work. Residents will still be able to access their homes.
