S. Texas meth trafficker sentenced to prison

Special to the Advance McALLEN — A 26-yearold Corpus Christi man has been ordered to federal prison following his conviction of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute meth, announced U.S. Attorney Jennifer B. Lowery.Gabriel Anthony Pena pleaded guilty Dec. 1, 2021.On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Micaela Alvarez sentenced Pena to serve 260 months in federal prison followed by five years of supervised release.
