Staff ReportAlthough it may feel like it at times, we are never alone.The Pharr Police Department's Mental Health Unit is emphasizing that statement with the third annual "Stick by Me" Suicide Prevention Awareness Fair this Friday. The event provides the community with activities and resources that are meant to help spread awareness on those who are facing mental health challenges.
