EDINBURG, Texas — The Museum of South Texas History will host the Sunday Speaker Series Online presentation, “Hurricane Beulah,” featuring Clint Dawson, Lupita Gonzalez and Lupe Saenz at 2 p.m. on July 18 on Facebook Live.
