On Wednesday, December 25, 2019, at about 6:19 P.M., the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office responded to Raul Longoria Road and Business 83 in the city of San Juan, Texas in reference to a kidnapping. Upon arrival, Deputies met with the San Juan Police Department who reported receiving a call from a man stating his girlfriend had been kidnapped by two men at a parking lot at the Progreso Port of Entry.
