Traffic counts significantly reduced due to Stay at Home order

McALLEN - On March 25, Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez extended the measures of the emergency order to include a stay at home order for the entire county. The intent of the stay at home stipulation is to mitigate the spread of the novel COVID-19 by encouraging residents to continue to practice social distancing and limit gatherings.
