PHARR — The recent winter storm caused many area families to lose food due to the power outages. Vanguard Academy understands the hardship this may have caused and in collaboration with The Food Bank RGV and H-E-B, hosted a food distribution drive-thru at Rembrandt Elementary campus, 1200 E.
