McAllen City Commissioner Javier Villalobos collected more than $43,000 for his mayoral campaign last month with a fundraiser that featured former University of Texas quarterback Vince Young. Thanks in part to that fundraiser, Villalobos amassed more than $100,000 in campaign contributions during the past six months.
