Hidalgo County announces $1 million funding opportunity for Community Service Providers

EDINBURG — The Hidalgo County Urban County Program (UCP) is now accepting applications for the federal HOMEARP funding grant. More than $1 million in funds are available for local organizations that provide critical services to individuals and families impacted by homelessness and housing instability.
