On Thursday, multiple agencies responded to a fire at 3101 S. Closner, the site of a Hidalgo County storage facility. The facility was unoccupied at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
News of alleged public corruption in Hidalgo County, as with most governmental bodies, goes way back.
It’s almost Christmas, and the lyric from the old Bob Dylan song “Slow Train” comes to mind — “They talk about a life of brotherly love…Show me someone who knows how to live it.”
