Every year during the summer, PVAS is full of teeny tiny meows that belong to kittens who are hungry, and need help to feed them.

Leon De Leon was honored with the Ed C. Smith Lifetime Achievement Award by the South Texas Funeral Directors Association. This award, named after the Texas Funeral Directors Association’s first president in 1886, is presented to a funeral director who has made a significant impact on funeral service and has been actively involved in their community. The recipient must be a longstanding member of the Texas Funeral Directors Association and has been a licensed funeral director for at least 40 years.
