The Heroes Act to Provide Over $1.2 Billion for 15th District of Texas

WASHINGTON – Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) announced that H.R. 6800, House Democrats’ newly introduced stimulus package entitled The Heroes Act would provide approximately $1,230,765,515 in federal COVID-19 relief funding to cities and counties throughout the 15th District of Texas. These funds can be used for COVID-related expenses, to replace foregone revenues not projected on January 31, 2020, or to respond to negative economic effects of COVID. Funds would be available until expended, providing flexibility over the next several years.

CBP Seizes $430K Drugs in six Smuggling Attempts in the RGV

Today’s poor pilots

I was thinking about today’s brand of young pilots just getting ready to begin their respective careers, and I find myself thinking how sad it must be for them with COVID-19 all around us. There are now no jobs waiting for them after graduation; and they will still be left holding high-dollar college loans with no means by which to repay them.
