PHARR - Alicia Olivarez Ortiz, 64, entered eternal rest Monday, September 6, 2021, at Amara Hospice in Edinburg. She is preceded in death by her parents, Julio and Viola Olivarez. Alicia is survived by her husband, Armando Ortiz; two children, Abigail Annette (Alex) Tellez, Armando Ortiz Jr.; and three grandchildren, Rachael Irene, Alexander Jr., and Annabelle Eve Tellez.
