Baltazar Ramirez, 79, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Carmen and Anselma Ramirez; and a son, Eloy Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez is survived by his wife, Julia Ramirez; three children, Blanca Leticia (Jose) Sanchez, Jorge Baltazar (Rebecca) Ramirez, Rolando (Graciela) Ramirez; two grandchildren, Josue Eloy Ramirez and Christian Baltazar Ramirez.
