PHARR – Bernardo “Tito” Ramirez, III, beloved husband, father, and brother, passed on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at the age of 55. He was born on August 1, 1965, to Bernardo and Carmen Ramirez of Pharr, Texas. Tito was the youngest of six children and the only son. He was a proud graduate of PSJA High School and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Texas Pan American.
